Default Exercise and loose skin

I'll preface this by saying I really hope this doesn't sound silly; I'd just like to ask. I've been wondering whether exercise that creates a lot of sudden impact for the body (ex. jumping jacks) can aggravate loose skin by making it "bounce" all over the place? I.e. If someone's skin elasticity is already poor and has resulted in loose skin, does the "bouncing" effect of the skin continually stretch it on a micro level that, over time, can result in even greater looseness? I hope that makes sense

No, it doesn't.

Try to incorporate some weight training, or if you're concerned about a specific area, like your tummy, do some leg lifts or planks to tighten it up.
But it's not like silly putty....

The look of loose skin can be reduced by increasing muscle mass through weight training exercises, especially if the loose skin is the result of weight loss.
