I am probably totally overstepping my bounds here as a brand-new member, but I'm starting an October accountability thread! Yes, October is almost over, but I need it!
Here is what I would like to be held accountable for:
1. Counting EVERY calorie that passes my lips.
2. Staying between 1200-1300 calories per day.
2. Exercising for at least 20 minutes daily.
3. Drinking at least 60 oz. of water per day.
And today! 1. I counted ALL my calories (almost forgot the handful of sugar snap peas I ate while making supper, though!)
2. 1202 calories today. 3. I didn't exercise today. (I am looking into joining a local gym before snow flies.) 4. I just finished getting my 60 oz. of water in.
Checking in this morning because I was trying to get all my water in last night before I posted. (It didn't happen.)
1. I forgot to count to blop of skim milk I put in my coffee.
2. 1421 calories, so over 1300 (but I didn't have the cake at lunch!)
2. No exercise (I'm joining a gym on Monday.)
3. 25 oz. of water
To answer JayZeeJay's questions, Minnesota. Although, I am originally from JayZeeJay's apparent neck of the woods (Sonoma, to be precise).
I am posting late because someone was hogging my computer last night. :P
1. I went for sushi with a coworker for supper and didn't count it.
2. See above. I was at 190 calories left before I went, so I'm sure I was over! If I had to guess, I probably ate in the neighborhood of 1800-2000 calories yesterday.
3. No exercise (I'm joining a gym on Monday.) 4. 80 oz of water!
I just got back from a work trip to Minneapolis. It was quite pretty, it's actually fall there with beautiful trees and the works. Do you miss living in Sonoma, or are you happier now?
Even with the sushi, it doesn't sound like you did too much calorie damage. Plus indulging on fish and rice ain't such a crime.
