Hi J-Ann, I'm back in the life boat, my mind was getting so caught up in numbers, which were triggering binges for me, I have finally put up my scale *woohoo* and decided on treating my insides instead of worrying so much about my outside appearance as I have been.
My goals are -
To not weigh in before Friday 9/18 but to stick to healthier eating in the meantime.
To avoid binge eating, I am still going through PMS but I am stronger than my binges. I've done some thinking and realized I get a good amount of calories (1640 calories for 1 lb. of weight loss per week w/a sedentary lifestyle) so there isn't much of a reason to regularly go over by MORE than 100, so my goal is 1640-1740 calories per day.
Exercise, my personal bugaboo *sighs*, a couple of days ago I got in 2 days of 1 mile workouts, it is time to make this a regular habit. Doing so will move me further on my journey of being healthier & being smaller. Time to ditch the excuses for the results, let's go! <3
