Total Weight Loss: -.4. It was an awful month. But I did reach Onderland! If I wouldn't have gone out of town and off plan I would have had a better weight loss. Plus, I do lousy on the weekends.

I definitely had a loss last month, but I had such a huge gain to start -- only 216.4 or less will be a real loss! I made it to 217
I'm ready to move my ticker.
Also my month long bet with family started yesterday, $400 up for grabs!! So I'm counting on you guys to cheer me on and make sure my numbers are steadily trending down!
LGW you made a great come back and wow on the $400. You can do it. I have full faith in you. I wish I had a bet like that. I might actually make some progress. SmallSteps has a challenge from July 4th to Labor day, I'm hoping to be at 160 firmly by then.
I gained 1.6lbs for the month but overall I've gained 21.2lbs from my lowest weight.
love2b150 thank you for starting this thread once again. It's really helped me to read about everyone's journey and weighing in daily and being accountable.
So far I had good workouts Sunday-Monday-Tuesday and I plan on keeping going today. I pushed through sore muscles and am determined to be active every day. Though the scale seems to keep going up this week for some strange reason
So, back in the day (maybe 2-3 years ago), Sandi ran a points challenge which was great for accountability. I had a lot of success with that so I am going to follow that model for my daily check-in and get back on track!
Here is how it's going to go. I will do the 3 things that work; food, water, & exercise. I decide what my food plan will be, how much water to drink, and how much exercise to get every day. And every day I have the opportunity to earn 4 points.
2 point for sticking with my food plan (no splitting points here, either I stuck to my plan or I didn't)
1 point for drinking the amount of water I decided on
1 point for getting some exercise. (If I don't exercise on a given day - I DO NOT get a point for exercise - even if I planned it that way) Sorry, no 1/2 points.

Exercise: Do some kind of intentional exercise for 20 minutes or more
Goal: To be on plan 80% of the time or more
