110 pounds lost in 9 months
My goal was 170 pounds to lose but I got to 110. I am now starting a new journey which includes IVF.. so I must quit my optifast diet and add more calories along with drugs that will cause me to gain a lot of weight. And that's ok. It's why I started this whole journey. I'm glad I found optifast 800 (5 shakes a day). I've never in my life been able to lose this kind of weight before. I have hashimotos and pcos, and IC.. and my body just wanted to be fat. I never thought I could get down to 189 pounds. I really wanted 177 (bmi 30) but oh well. Perhaps I will still lose and I might keep my tracker up to date.
Just don't overthink it. it was really hard for me to lose weight.. sometimes nothing in a week sometimes 1... though it seemed to average itself all out and while 12 pounds a month on such a strict diet is a bit ludricris.. that's my body. My body is not like others and so something I must deal with and accept and screw anyone else who doesn't get it. I kept plugging away at it.. and month by month it made a big difference in the end.
I do look so different. I better take a picture while it lasts lol. Hopefully I will be pregnant next month.. if not.. I'll be back as I'll only have one shot at this I think.
Also.. don't cheat. It's ok but get on the very next hour.. otherwise you'll fall down the hill and roll right off. It will become habit and you have to fight for your health. You have to have a reason. Not just to be pretty.. but so you don't die! Ignore people who offer to take you out politely.. keep on track no matter what!
