Okay TexasNonie ... so I finally made it in here. It took me a while, with the registering and then waiting for an email, and then forgetting my password LOL and then starting again. Important thing is, I'm here. Now we have to wait for Maureen. And, I have to see how I can flag this or something so I can get to it easier whenever I open this 3 Fat Chicks site.
Happy Mother's day to my two wonderful friends, Maritza and Maureen. I hope you are having a wonderful day today! I am having a nice day. DH took me out to eat Chinese food, my DD dropped off a lovely card and I got to talk to my DM on the phone for a while. It has been a wonderful day!
I had Kilee Friday night into Saturday evening. She painted her DM's gift and we had a really nice time hanging out together.
I will go for now. I sure hope Maureen has found her way here. Please chime in Maureen! I've been missing you.

Happy Mother's Day!!! Popping in here before its over LOL. I had a really nice day too. My DS slept over last night ... the 3 of us went to mass this morning, then picked up breakfast at the Bakery and came home and had it. Then my DS and I hung out in my bedroom all day watching an episode I had recorded. There were 9 episodes and we watched about 5 of them. Then my DH bbq'd and DS made some potatoes and picked up my DM and we all had dinner later. It was a very nice day.
I'm glad you enjoyed your day too Yvonne! We deserve it! LOL

Well, I'm going to bed already because I have my gyno tomorrow very early over in Coral Springs so I have an early start. I'll be back tomorrow.

Maritza, How was your field trip yesterday? I hope you had an enjoyable time, even though you did have to go to the gyno. I hope you got a good report there. I'm so glad you had a good Mother's Day. What episodes did you watch with your DS? Sounds like y'all had a marathon!
I haven't done much of anything lately. Yesterday, I just stayed home. Nothing here to do. I wanted to go get my blood drawn tomorrow, but it is suppose to be super rainy. I don't think it would be such a good idea to travel in the rain. We would be going to Amarillo for the blood test. So, I will discuss it with my DH and see what he thinks.
I will go for now. Still waiting on Maureen to pop in here and Sharon too. Hope to see you both soon.

Good Morning!
My field trip Monday was nice .... other than I lost BIG at the casino (I won't even say how much!!!). We went to the gyno (which sounds like it was fine), then had a bagel over at Panera, then went to the casino for a while, then over to the mall for a bit and then to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch. So very "OP" NOT as you can see. To my surprise though, when I weighed in yesterday, I had only gained 4 ounces this week, so I was thrilled because I have eaten out a lot!
Yesterday was the field trip with the ole ladies (my DM and 2 aunts) to take them to their regular checkup with their primary which they do every 4 months. It was the first time my Dad was missing from this little field trip and it was very evident to me so I wa a bit sad at the beginning and while there. The nurses there were so loving to us (my Mom and myself) and hugged us and talked about him with us, etc. I was sad.
When we left we all went to lunch (as we usually did) and we had a nice lunch out. The oldies had a nice day.
Later I came home and just rested, I was tired.
Today my cleaning lady is coming so I need to jump in the shower so I can just sit here at my desk and be out of their way. When she leaves, I need to go to the airport to meet my guy's dad from Guadeloupe which will be between flights and I have to give him a box. Other than that, I don't have anything else planned.
Its not raining now, but it was storming at like 5 this morning. I could hear it and I just love hearing it when I'm sleeping.
Yvonne, I wonder why Maureen hasn't checked in here yet? I guess if she was having trouble she would let us know by email or something. I was wondering if it wouldn't be easier for us to just check in with eachother daily on our email? What do you think?
Well it sounds like you've been getting rain over there too. I, like you prefer to stay indoors but some times I have to go out regardless.
Well dear, I best be jumping in the shower or as you would say "get a shower" (was that how you said it, I can't remember?? LOL).

Maritza, I'm glad you had a nice time on your field trip. Sorry you lost money at the casino. One of these days, I am going to go to the cheesecake factory. That place sounds like it would be delicious! I'm sorry you had a first without your DD. Those are hard. It is sweet of the people at the doctor's office to talk to you about him and bring back some good memories. Yes, Maureen was having trouble with this website. I hate that. Maybe she will try again. Did you get her e-mail? I got one today and was relieved to hear from her.
I've done much of nothing lately. It was a rainy day today. DH didn't work much, so we went to the grocery store and pharmacy. I've enjoyed sitting watching tennis too. This week they're in Rome. They sure do get around quickly. I'd love to be there watching.
Well, I will say bye for now. I guess if you and Maureen want to connect through e-mail, we can do that. Just let me know.

Yes, I got Maureen's email yesterday. What a coincidence, I was just asking you if you thought we should do this by email. Either way is fine with me, I guess with the email its quicker to get on. We can communicate with each other daily the same way ... just in our emails.
I replied last night to her email, so you should have gotten that.
I think its so nice how you and your DH do everything together. I really do. I don't know if I could get use to it, since we have never been like that so I am so very use to my space ... but when I read and see that you guys are mostly together doing your stuff, I think its the cutest thing.
Well, I'm going to go ahead and do a "good morning" email then now, to you and Maurren ... so check your email.
