That's so sad. :/ The fact that you can even buy those online is appalling. However, most people don't know how toxic any medication can be in large doses. If you take enough ibuprofen, you can have a massive GI bleed. If you take enough Tylenol, you can have permanent liver failure. Etc. The fact that two of those pills is a lethal dose though is horrifying.
