Angry not losing weight

I have been on a 1200 calorie program for 12 weeks now and have only lost 3 lbs. I keep a diary online and it counts the calories and nutrients. I am frustrated about my weight not going down, I do exercise everyday. What is wrong with what I am doing… I do keep within the calorie count online, so that is not the problem, I have a hard time keeping up with 1200 calories, as I don't usually eat this much. Should I lower my calorie count?

You need to include more info if you want folks to give their thoughts on this. How tall are you, and what do you weigh currently?

You're probably not burning off more calories than you're taking in. Other than that losing weight takes time depending on your metabolism. Don't get discouraged.

But I know that I "forget" to log some snacks.

Would love to help, but it's hard to share advice on this without knowing much about your height, weight, and activity level.

Are you weighing everything you're eating?

You say you exercise every day, but how is your activity level? For me, I work at home and live in a 1 story house. I mostly sit at my desk during the day. Even if I exercise, I don't burn a lot of calories. So, losing can be really slow.

For me to lose, I have to exercise (usually walking, often on an incline) for an hour or more.

It would help to know your height, weight, and age (younger, heavier, taller will burn more calories). Also, what kind of exercise and for how long?

I personally use a Fitbit so I can get better calorie burn info and that helps.
