In need of someone to take a weight loss journey with me..
Hi my name is Frances from Jersey and I have been trying to lose weight for years now. It almost seems impossible to stick with a diet and exercise regimen. I have 2 beautiful girls that I would like to be around for, for at least another 50 years. Im just looking for some support and encouragement so I can do the same in return.
Part of my motivation is one lovely daughter and two sweet boys. I want to make sure that they know how to properly care for themselves. I imagine that you have the same wish for your daughters. I wish you the best in your journey ahead. The chat thread in 300+ has been great inspiration for me. You may want to post there.
