Smile Personal Coaching - opinions?

Hi! I am considering signing up for WW because of the personal coaching option. I am wondering how helpful it actually is...does the coach call to check in with you? Help you to make a meal plan? That is the kind of support I'm looking for. I'd appreciate any feedback that any of you can offer.

Thanks!!

Cyndy - the personal coaching option is crazy expensive, so I opted out of it.

Here's a recent thread on the "Expert Line".

Thank you for responding! That's disappointing. I was hoping for a coach. When I did medifast the coach was vital to success, but I am looking for an approach that only involves real food this time.

If you were to go the WW way, and do the monthly pass, while you won't get a personal coach, you will have access to 24/7 chat, with someone from WW, via the web site or the app on your phone.

Just a thought.

The cost for a personal coach is $54.75 per month.

Hi -- how are you finding WW vs. Medifast? I'm thinking of joining Weight Watchers again. Thank you for your help!

I can't speak for the OP, but Medifast was too restrictive and time consuming for me. I'd rather lose a bit slower and learn healthy eating habits with real food. I think if you need a quick, short-term loss, it's great. I would not recommend it for long-term use.

I think that is quite reasonably
