You guys are funny!!! Mothergoose you ARE right ... it's ME who has the warped perspective ... most people don't celebrate the arrival of their first child after being married for 10 years ... but things don't always work as planned, do they?!?!
And Kris is right ... you must be treating those teens very well, or they wouldn't keep coming back. Good for you!!!
Sandi ... as for having time on my hands ... well, in some respects, I do. I'm some what "trapped" at night ... my kids go to bed, my husband's out of state and I can't go anywhere. On top of that, I live in a 3 story house (it's only 7 rooms ... but unlike me, my house is tall and thin!). My son makes me promise each night that I won't go down to the first floor ... he thinks that's too far away from his 3rd floor bedroom and sometimes he gets up to check on me
So I stay on the 2nd floor w/ my family room (tv & computer), bedroom, bathroom and laundry room ... and I try to keep myself amused. AND, I admit, it keeps me OUT of the first floor kitchen after 7:30, so that's a good thing!
