Oh I'm sure they are! Just keep your head up! And yes, the career has a funny way of derailing every activity we ever dreamed of doing after work/on weekends. I think once I get that formula figured out, I'm bottling it up and selling it! Good luck this weekend We had to stay until Friday, so I fly home tomorrow. Praying I work out on Sat/Sun and get to Monday with a loss!
Alicia replying to your comment to me on 1/15 ... My son and I hit the gym on that Sunday and Monday and OMGoodness, Tuesday I could barely walk my legs hurt so bad but I did it and it felt good. I haven't been back since and I know I need to keep it up.

LOL, imthegoddess, I do that from time to time, go MIA, but I always return to start the new thread. I've been doing it for years now. . I have text/email/PM buddies from 3FC that check on me sometimes when I stay gone too long

jojo sorry about TOM and your weigh in, but since it's temporary keep smiling
So I had a laser tattoo removal session yesterday. So the next 10-14 days I can't raise my heart rate very high or the tattoo blisters! I also can't swim for risk of infection. So I am not sure how much exercise I will get in the first half of this month
