Thanks, Kimo!

Happy Thursday ladies! I am home sick today with my little one, he is sick too. Not much relaxing happens when you have a 5 year old but hopefully he just chills out today. I have a ton of work to do as well, here's hoping I can get it all in. Not much of a sick day, is it?!

I won't let it get me off track, although yesterday I was dying for some thick creamy soup, like potato and cheese, yuuummm! My mango RTD will have to do.

Aww I feel bad for you and your little guy. Lots of people have been coming down sick lately in the office too. It's that time of year. Hopefully you get some relaxation time, your body needs to heal too! Have you tried the chicken soup? (Not chicken noodle) I find it quite thick and creamy...maybe that will help? Or you could always do a homemade chicken soup with only approved veggies in it? You could even throw in some IP rotini for chicken noodle soup...Darnit, now I want to go make some soup!

LOL! Thanks, Kimo! I have actually only tried the chicken noodle and I am really not a fan. Maybe I will try the chicken one! I actually really like the mushroom soup, and I have some mushrooms so I think I will make a souped up (haha!) version of that today.

Thanks!

Yeah I wasn't much of a fan of the chicken noodle soup either. Thankfully I tried the chicken soup first or I may not have tried it at all. I love the mushroom soup too, yum yum yum! That's what I'm having for lunch today haha!

I actually like the chicken noodle soup. Have it almost every day. Guess it's what you get used to!

It's so funny how everyone has different tastes. My friend just started IP last week and it seems that all the non restricted items that I love, she doesn't like, and the ones she loves are take it or leave it for me. Fortunately I like most of the things on IP, just some more than others. The only thing I could barely get down was the banana pudding.

See and I looooove the banana pudding!! I agree that everyone's tastes on the non-restricted seem to be so different. I know lots of ladies love the broccoli-cheddar soup and I can't get it down if you paid me.

The chicken noodle certainly isn't terrible, I still eat it now and then, just not my fav thing. I should try the chicken one, it sounds tasty!

Now - have we all tried the chocolate coconut bars? I know we talked about them last week, but DANG are they tasty!!!!!!

We don't have the chocolate coconut bar at our clinic, I should ask my coach to order some.

WI this week, lost 2 lbs, finally broke the 1lb streak. Not sure if its is the IP packets change or I drank more water. I will try this week again with one R everyday.

I wish I could get my hands on the chocolate coconut bar!! Whenever my clinic gets them in they're gone within hours! They told me that they're going to order a larger shipment next time so hopefully I can get my hands on a box.

omg, those chocolate coconut bars are indeed delicious! I am only on my first box, but I am a little afraid they might have an addictive quality for me, you know, on e of those "trigger" foods I hear people talk about. I totally look forward to it as a snack every day. And then I play little games to make it last longer, e.g., yesterday, I sliced it into about 18 slivers and then took my time enjoying it. I am thinking this is not the healthiest way to go about things -- making me obsessive and overly focused on what I'm eating. IP has been so great precisely because I'm so much less obsessive about my food now, so this bar may be causing me to regress. Don't mean to sound so melodramatic, but I believe I will pass up buying a box next week! Maybe…

SO I started Nov again with you guys and a week before Christmas I got so sick of the veggies and started skipping them and just stopped the diet. I was down 15lbs at the time tho I haven't updated since. I just can't get motivated to get back on the diet. Please help me. I haven't gained much back but I still have 1 pant size I want to lose....I know, im just crying a river lol
