Day 1
I posted earlier today about my issues of procrastination and making excuses not to workout...or maybe make bad eating choices
here.
Well I can proudly say I got home and had a healthy snack, and worked out BEFORE opening my laptop...
baby steps...
Today, Shaun T25 Cardio with a little HIIT weights and situps.....
375 calories burned.
Now, I feel like a sandbag. It's easy to forget how badly you are out of shape when you haven't done a legit workout in months. Walking is one thing, this is just painful. I am embarrassed and I feel like those 25 minutes were the longest 25 of my LIFE, (almost) but it didn't help I had to stop every few minutes to get my heart rate to go down.
I forgot how horrible the first 2 weeks of a fitness routine is after months of serenity. The pain of fatigued muscles, immediate exhaustion, and the soreness..........ugh. Here we go again.
