Hi! Welcome to 3FC. I too am at the weight loss game again. Unfortunately I have done this several times in my life, but always successful. Here to lose the weight I gained from my last pregnancy (4.5yrs ago now). I want to lose about 40 pounds and more importantly to gain my sexy back! I have noticed this board is a lot quieter than the 20's board, but nevertheless I am here

Hey there! ToriJ84
I noticed its quieter too hence it took almost 72 hours for someone to respond to my thread! LOL!
Thanks for responding!
I love how you've set your goals in the comments. Since I'm new to this forum I'm still trying to figure out how you permanently add things like that to your replies and such.

One the weightloss note...I Am adding plexus slim to my diet..I did that yesterday. I've never tried it and while I know nothing is a quick fix I am hoping it will jump start me. If I can just see two lbs in the next week and a half I can use that as additional motivation.

We shall see. I am so sick of this yo-yo dieting and\or starting over. Ready to make a permanent life change!!

Cheer!

Hi girls,

I'm not new here but am re-starting from today. I'm focussing more on moving more and eating a little better but not specifically dieting. I'm also cutting out the wine. Eep!

I am 32, with 8 children (youngest is 10 weeks old) and have over 70lbs to lose. Which is scary! LOL I'm around most days although I don't always post, so it'll be nice to have people to chat too!

I've been told to not weigh myself for 2 weeks and then do it, so I'll have no idea if my 3x weekly gym/PT sessions and 3x weekly walks of 3+ miles are working or not for awhile! LOL I really hope I see even the smallest improvement in 2 weeks time because today nearly killed me at the gym and I topped it off with a walk of just over 1 mile too.

Noexcuse4me ~ Welcome to 3FC

Noexcuse4me,ToriJ84 & MumofMany ~ Good Luck on your weight loss journey's

As for me, I've been serious about my 2nd attempt at a weight loss journey until about 3 to 6 months ago since then I've slacked off on my eating and my exercising but I realize that I need to get serious again if I'm ever gonna reach my goal of 150 pounds. WE CAN ALL DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!

I hope so! These "last 10" only came off once in my life - I was running 4 miles/day and lifting, and almost never eating.

As soon as I'm down with the food - and I was 100% on plan yesterday despite pizza, wings, AND beer being consumed in my household - I'll get back into my gym routine.

I know the hard part is that I won't want to try on any dresses yet, but I have to really, really soon.

Oh, right. My last 10 is now 15-20! I just weighed myself this morning. I somehow gained 6lbs over the course of a few months...sigh.

Thank you! I had another on plan day yesterday despite my fiance (he wants to gain weight) ordering A LOT of Chinese food late at night and even getting popeye's chicken strips for my daughter for dinner. I'm not so happy with that one, but I did roast some broccoli for her and gave her a bowl of corn to go along with it. I figure at 7 we can balance that out, haha.

I'm just going to keep on keeping on

Welcome NE4M and everyone else. I will say that this is the MOST supportive and motivating community ever! You will love here

I lost 50lbs five years ago and I have kept about 40 of them off...it's a constant struggle. I want to lose to 17 lbs...but I to be honest I really just want to be healthy, happy, and feel good about my body despite the how many pounds I lose.

Hey!

I'm 33 and 183 lbs, also planning to lose 30 lbs or so.
This is my 1000th time to try

I have been doing it for 100 days now and lost 18 lbs but havent lost anything for about 7 weeks, so this is my day to restart!

I'm counting my calories, and doing c25k and extra cardio and also started 30 day shred yesterday.

We can do it!!!
