love2b150 Thank you so much for making the new thread! I am so happy, I was hoping we'd do the challenges again this year.
My major goal this year is going for Onederland today (1/3/2015) I weighed in at 245 for the first time in my adult life, and I am 46 lbs. from Onederland, woohoo! lol
Challenge 1: New Years Day to Valentine’s Day (January 1st to February 14th)
Challenge Begin Weight: 245 (1/3/15)
Challenge Goal Weight: 239
Challenge End Weight: 243.4
Start Weight 01/03/2015: 245
1/1/15 - 245.8
1/10/15 - 252 (lots of binging and just excess eating period, lowest weight in the past 7 days was 244.4, going to try weight watchers with my fitness pal this week)
1/17/15 - 243.6 Praise the Lord!!
1/24/15 - 245.2 (not too disappointed considering the week I've had, PMS binges and I abandoned points counting to make getting back on track easier also for my records tom began 1/21 this month, back to PP and Mfp this week)
1/31/15 - 242.4 which is 2.8 lbs. down from last week, woot!) So determined to hit this 239, please G_d let it happen! <3
2/7/15 - 242.6 frustrated because I've been watching my intake and I'm gaining instead if losing, finally hit 60 lbs loss on 2/1 at 241.6 and it's gone up ever since. Still grateful but frustrated.
