Default want to get Below ideal

i had this problem , i had a gastric bypass i do reach 145 lbs but it doesnt go any farther , i do workout like 60 min 4-5 days a week , i do count my calories its like 1400 but nothing change im really sick from such body , i do go for the surgery because my workout and the dites doesnt work any more , i used to be 319 lbs and than i do reach 198 lbs after i hit the gym and dite now i did the gastric bypass and did reach 145 lbs but my goal is 125-129 lbs my hight is 5.6 , so any help pleassse

I eat 1300 calories a day and work out every day, either weights for an hour or cardio, so I'm netting like 900-1000 calories per day. I don't lose weight either. I'm 36. Maybe it's being older (I don't know how old you are, of course)

im 33 my friend , and man you are doing great by that 900 kal , and really thats crack you from inside , when you find that there are no result

I was 130 lbs for 17 years. Who needs change? Honestly, I look amazing. My body is perfect. Who needs results?? I work hard for these "no results."

You are dancing with developing an eating disorder. Be careful.
