I am in again.
As before, saying for sure what I will do is difficult. But I think I can safely say working... physical working three hours per day or combo of that and some sort of exercise. Most of my "workout" will be finishing my garden preparations which consist of one more raised bed to finish, two more to do and one more greenhouse to erect and fill which will entail about 5 tons of soil to place back in a raised bed which still has to be built, 7 tons to dig out of another one 50' x 2' wide by 18" deep with wire gopher barrier placed in it, soil mixed with soil conditioners, the raised bed then soil mix placed back in and planted. Then another raised bed 4' x 25' same. That will have the same amount of soil to be removed and replaced as the former.
What I do not get done I am sure will be waiting for me in January
But that is next year, right

PS:
ljeongweon, congrats on joining and starting exercising. You have been exercising for three weeks now, and must have gotten rather sore doing so, and snapping out of that by now. Muscles will add liquid around them when overworked at first and feel sore. Natures way of protecting them. So that will explain not losing for the first two weeks, and in doing that exercise you will be growing more muscle tissue, which weighs more than fat but takes up less room. So you must be able to see the difference in your size somewhat by now. Also muscle consumes more calories that fat so your weight loss should be showing soon and if you are exercising hard your weight will start downward fast. Hang in and good luck, I wish I could exercise well like that
Good luck with it.
