I have reached my goal of 150 lb./68kg, normal BMI. I lost 70kg/154 lb.
Calorie counting/WW, daily ballet classes and some HIIT. I learned and gained so much! Success stories of others always helped me, so I hope to maybe inspire somebody in turn.
I love seeing how much body shape can change. Your waist became so well-defined, even partway through. That's just amazing to me. And definitely inspiring.
