Congrats Crystalian! What a wonderful amount to lose so quickly.

How does it feel to be 50lbs lighter? Is it helping keep you motivated for more?

It feels good. However not great. Although from 320's to 270 is alot of weight, i still have alot to lose. So yes i feel better but nothing majorly significant But yes its amazing the motivation... I can remember posting on how excited i was just to get out of the 300's... And thqt was 30lb qgo

Congrats, Cristalian!
I know what you mean by good, not great. I am almost to 50 down, only down one size in clothes, and still have a way to go. Being 50 lbs lighter, I don't feel as different as I thought Imwould. So, I try to remind myself of the things that have changed -like my knees don't hurt on the stairs anymore. the little things are keeping me motivated until my body shows more change.
