Can't sleep! Weigh-in this morning.....well, it was yesterday, now (11/10) was up A LOT. Thanks to TOM. It went from 239.6 to 243 overnight!

I see MissLoud & Jb1975 have already started losing some too, great!

Hello I would like to join! Today I was 211.1 (my signature is wrong need to correct it) I will weigh each morning and come in here to update. What are you all doing to achieve your goal? I am going to be watching my food intake.
