Default Thankful November Challenge

Okay, time for a new challenge on here. I know November already started, but lets try and tweak ourselves a bit before Thanksgiving, and not only do that but state something we are thankful for every time we post here. Lets keep it positive y'all

I am thankful for the support of my mom, who happens to be my very best friend. I am lucky to have her and don't ever want to take her for granted.

Great Snark....you're so lucky to have a good relationship with your mom. I don't. My mother has been a constant source of stress for me and she was never supportive in anything that I did. Its sad, and probably contributes to my eating issues.

I had a great time in my two classes today..and now I get to relax a bit before going out tonight. A bit nervous about eating a big dinner there and wrecking my role that i'm on....

Today I am grateful for fuzzy, warm socks and hot coffee. And my husband. And did I say coffee? Definitely grateful for coffee.

Tea. And that my kids have no major problems at the moment. And that we are solvent enough that I can indulge my need to make stuff. Because I *need* to make stuff. Keeps me out of the fridge. Sometimes.

Thankful that my son is a wrestler! He had to diet and start working out before wrestling even started to get to the weight he wants to wrestle at and so I decided to join him! He's my motivator when my alarm goes off at 5:00 AM and don't want to get up and work out. Love that kid

What a great idea for a thread Zumbachica!

I'm in the middle of working out elder care for my father. I'm grateful to have 3 siblings who are all willing to work together as a team. I've heard horror stories from others who have gone through this rite of passage and it both saddens and frightens me. While this is a difficult time for my entire family I do feel incredibly grateful and blessed.

@jbaasch, I'm a born and raised Nebraskan! I love seeing Nebraska folks on this site

Hugs and strength to you, Curvynotlumpy, during this tough time.

Since it is going into the 50s this weekend, I am grateful that I just received a gift of a warm robe with a hood, looking forward to snuggling in it.
