Cool Few good things, but BAD overall...uhg!

I've had the worst week imaginable! I signed up for Curves today and am really excited about that, but the past four days I've been eating TERRIBLY. I haven't gone too much over my calorie goal, but my fats have been WAY out of range. My friends got together and went out tonight and wednesday and I went out on my own friday and...well, I could have made better choices. Anyway, I'm getting back on plan and hope to be of a little more use to y'all from now on...when I'm not too busy stuffing my face as I have been the past week.

and WAY 2 GO! especially about joining Curves! I have been "Curving" for about 6 months, and my oh my has it made a difference! It makes you look and feel smaller, more compact, stronger, and you start looking better in your clothes too! I'm sold on it!

Plus there is enough variety that you don't really get tired of it! And building muscle will ultimately speed up your metabolism, and your body will burn more calories even just existing, even while sleeping! Great for you, keep it up! Yay!

Cezanne...Great job on joining curves....that is a huge step. Sometimes I feel that when working out..."you" seem to eat more on plan. that is how it is for me at least Let's focus on the positive here. Baby steps!!!!!!!!!!
