I have missed this challenge and I like to post my mileage. Please join me

26 miles on foot this month? Walk or run. Not in under three hours, not in a single day, but over the month. You can do it outdoors, indoors, on the track, on the treadmill, on the elliptical, what ever works for you. You can do a mile per day, or several miles at a time. You can do a multiple marathons over the course of the month if that's more your speed.

Me too! I just ran my first public 10k and I really don't want to stop running just because it's getting a little cold! You're doing so great, wannaskipandlaugh! Are you walking or running your 'marathones'?

Good Morning Velvet.... Good for you for running... Me.. I just walk (I never was a runner = even as a kid LOL) I also just count the exercise miles that I do after work with my walking partner. I actually walk 10000 steps a day (most days.. not these last 4 or so tho)
