Why so fast?
Is some event happening in November?

When I lose weight too fast, it comes back quickly and I am even fatter than before... In the long run I think you'll be a lot happier if you slow down! No event is worth ruining my health, for me. And if I want to look good for later events, I have to do things right!

If you try to lose that much weight in a month, I think you'll be disappointed with your progress, and not happy with the way you feel. There's no way to lose 28.6 pounds in one month safely, with the expectation that it will stay off.

No. Too fast.

You could probably get 4lbs a week (20lbs total loss over 5 weeks) but I am not seeing 13kgs in your future. And I am a fast loser (at 4lbs a week when I was over 180lbs).

To have any chance of getting near that and keeping it off you will need to be a guy that works out a lot and really watches what he eats.

You need to be running four miles a day, eating salads and weight training every day, starting like yesterday.
