Jessie! I knew you would do it!

I will weigh in - in the morning (scared outta my mind tho) almost a month off (first time in a year and a 1/2... and not a good idea).. Gotta lose for Halloween! (and the other scary holidays coming down the pike!)

Its alright Sue it will turn around!!!

I joined several Atkins groups on face book last week and got lots of great new recipes... however I think I ate to many cream cheese pancakes and I used sugar free syrup which is a no no and I am paying for it today!!! Oh well hopefully it will go away as fast as it came!! Man those folks are strict and I think it will help having the no funny business support system.

Welcome Babosa.... Congratulations on the loss!!! It is good to have new people. I am new to this so please don't take this as criticism or judging but I don't see how you can do this WOE right with all the fat and still keep calories that low... I could not anyway, could you tell me what you eat in a day I am interested in that because I run 2-3000. :-)

Kathy and Sue.... Ready... Set..... Go.... LOL

Hi Jessie,
I use MFP to count calories, I'm keeping mine @ 1200 with Macros 5% C, F 70%, P 25%

My typical day is:

Breakfast : 2 eggs, 1 oz cheddar , butter, and coffee with cream and splenda

lunch: either 6 oz chicken, meat or a can of tuna with salad or mushroom or broccoli

Dinner: 1-2 eggs, cheese wedge or slice sometimes I add cucumber

for snacks : I usually have heavy cream with 1/2 TBS coco powder

If you are on MFP we can be friends and you can have access to all my food diaries.

I hope this is helpful

Mary

I use Atkins carb counter and keep macros close to that with more fat% I drown everything I eat in butter and coconut oil which is probably a lot of the difference in calories. thanks for the info and again... Welcome!!

I use more butter with eggs and veggi but I forgot to write it. Usually about 1-2 oz and whipping cream about 3 oz every day!!
