Thank you for that. I will check with her!

My clinic said it is just like a restricted snack, she made it sound like I would take one chocolate bar daily as me restricted item. I know don't know what is what.......

My clinic sticks with having the bar in addition to your 3 packets...but they did say that your 3 packets shouldn't be restricted items. As we know, every clinic seems to have a different opinion about things.

I tried some of the Atkins snacks when I was in P4, frankly they made me want more and some I ended up eating 2. I'm afraid if I eat this the same will happen.

I'm one of those can't have just 1 girl, so I find it easier to not have any. Some people suggest that you should just have a bite or two and not deny yourself. No way does that work for me. I eat the whole (large) piece of pie, cake, pint of Ben & Jerry's.

I wish they would come out with not sweet foods. I tried the new oatmeal and thought that was sweet.

Hi Lynnie:
I have an Atkins chocolate Peanut butter bar a couple times a week (in maintenance as a snack or for my P1 day breakfast). Sometimes I miss my favorite junk chocolate bar - Reeses - and this is enough for me because I never ate a chocolate bar all that often before I lost weight.
The only bar I ate in IP phases was the lemon one though, because it was the least sweet. You might want to give that one a try - the others were all too sickly sweet for me too.
