Here are the rules : The fastest to shed 2 % of their body weight wins. To calculate 2 % just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest 0.1/0.2 lbs (which ever your scale shows). Winner starts the new thread!
What a great idea! 5.6 pounds is a good mini goal. I can imagine losing that. Looking at the hundred plus pounds in front of me is hard but 2 percent seems doable.
CW: 260.2 NOT a happy camper! I am over this bouncing around like a rubber ball! I want to have a good weigh-in already! I am staying OP and exercising! I am going to hate to see what happens over the next couple of weeks....I can't do my water aerobics and I am limited on what other exercising I can do.
UGH!!! I am so sick of this! I have gone nowhere but back and forth for most of the month! I've had a couple of outings but I've done good! I've been OP and exercised. WHY ISN'T IT COMING OFF?! My diet changes ALONE should have me losing weight...but NO! Now, I'm on restricted which means no water aerobics until October 6 and now walking/jogging until MAYBE this weekend but probably Monday.
