I'm in a funk- keep fluctuating between 266-267... definitely not flying through to 260s.
I cheated yesterday... not with anything unhealthy (an apple, cashews and a couple of veggie cutlets), but I am meant to only be having my shakes. Life goes on!
Weighing in everyday doesn't bother me, I just write the number down. It's the trend I see over a month I pay attention to. If it's trending downward I know I'm doing good.
Weigh in update - down 1.3kg / 3pound this week, pretty happy with that! Although the scales read better yesterday morning, that will show up next week.
So, I'm not flying through this! I was down to 259.8 this Saturday and now, 3 days later I'm at 262.6 (that's down from 263.0, yesterday!).
I went to a reunion and ate some banana pudding and chips. You would think I ate the whole bowl, instead of 1/4 of a cup of pudding! I've added in some exercising in the gym to my water aerobics and just anxiously awaiting the initial gain from that! Did you pick up on the sarcasm? I hate the ups and downs!
It does do your head in! I always write down what the scales say on a monday morning, but sometimes jump on them during the week, mondays always seem to be higher, evil scales.
I've been make a concerted effort on the exercise front this month, and although its not really registering on the scale I can really feel the difference
