Hi everybody,
Despite many months of more ups and downs than the Himalayas I achieved a small NSV (Non Scale Victory).
We don't have a shower, so in order to rinse my hair in clean water I was relying on my husband to do it for me but yesterday.....I could reach the taps myself! There was no fatal squishing of my internal organs and I was able to breathe....more or less!
I can now also reach to pain my own toenails too!
Does any body else have some NSV's to share ? I find them so encouraging to read!

Great NSV!!
My NSV is my blood glucose is down by 20-25 points a day on my am reading.

Nsv's!!!!! I love em. I had a minute one yesterday. Sitting ther comfortably with legs crossed. None of this twist sideways and almost lie down to cross them. Just good ol fashioned sitting straight up.

Walking up and down stairs with no knee pain still manages to put a smile on my face. Also I tried to be good on vacation and didn't come back with a huge hit to the scale.
