Sgrealtor - hope you feel better as the day goes on. Also - hope your weigh-in goes well - keep us posted!

Must be a bit of an off-day. I was feeling wiped out this am so instead of working out 1st thing I listened to my body & slept an additional hour. Hopefully I'm not disoriented all day with the disruption to my routine So far, so good

Have a great OP day, everyone~

Good Morning All! TOM this month is once again bad. Not sure what my WI tomorrow will be like since it will be right in the middle of it. May be yet another week until I get into the 150s.

Morning,
Sgrealtor - Hope you don't get the cold.

TXwineo

Chicklet - good luck with your first WI.

Kissi - you'll get to the 150's hang in there. TOM is such a pain.

I have caught my kids cold I am hanging in at P2 but twice this week have almost forgotten to make my lunch almost grabed a packet. This morning I quickly opended a can of tuna for salad. I need to work on my planning for me and do my meals when I make kids lunches (which I am sick of making already and it is the second week of school). I realized this morning as I drank my shake that I am going to have to wake up earlier on P3 to have breakfast, which is not really a "real problem" but stresses the need for me about prioritizing and planning.

Thanks, Jenny. I know I'll get there if I stay on plan. I've been sitting in the 160s for over 5 weeks and I'm following the plan. I just feel like my body is trying to hold on and I'm like "RELEASE, RELEASE, RELEASE" lol.

I'm sorry you caught a cold. I have a ways to go but I'm nervous about the P3 breakfasts as I've just never been a breakfast person. I've always been happy with my coffee and my coffee and RTD vanilla shake has been perfect for me.

Hello all!
I'm back for a reboot. I started IP in 2012 and phased off in 2013. I've gotten carried away with enjoying summer and need to lose the 20 lbs I gained. Boo. Nice to see so many recognizable IP peeps!!

I really like the taste of the IP chocolate shakes and do not get tired of them. My coach would like me to branch out and try different things. I do try them but go back to the chocolate shake. I have lost weight (30 lbs) so this seems to be working for me. Any thoughts?
