love2b150 for the shiny, new thread! I want to definitely post more this challenge about my personal challenges & things that positively or negatively affect my goals.
Challenge Begin Weight: 263.6 (nude, with clothes it is 264.8)
Challenge Goal Weight: 254.6 (basically trying to lose 9 lbs. in 6 weeks)
Challenge End Weight:
09/01/2014: Begin Weight: 263.6 (nude, with clothes it is 264.8)
09/08/2014: 263.4 (nude, with clothes it is 264.6) down .2 lb. As I expected to be up This week, .2 lb. Less is a victory.
09/15/2014: 263 (nude, with clothes it is 264) down .4 lb. very low loss, I suspect PMS water retention.
09/22/2014: 261.8 (nude, with clothes it is 263) down 1.2 lbs. using a scale this week, can't wait to break into the 250's G_d please! Lol
09/29/2014: 263.4 (nude, with clothes 264.2) I had a bad binge yesterday and a couple of days before that, so not surprisingly I gained
. I am planning to shake things up starting today.
10/06/2014: 258 (nude, with clothes it is 259.8) 59 naked pounds to onederland! Praise G_d!
10/13/2014: End Weight: 258 (nude, with clothes it is 258.6) 3.4 lbs.+ over my goal but I'm just grateful to be in the 250's and I had a couple of binges this week but I got myself back on track a couple of days ago.
