Default IP 90 day challenge (US) Labor Day-Thanksgiving

The Ideal Protein 90 day challenge is up!

If you're new, you could be 30+ lbs lighter by then.
If you've been on IP a while, you could be 25+ lbs lighter by then.

If you have less than that to lose, you could be at goal by then!

Let's get going!

Here are the rules.
Please read all of the following
For 3fc participants on the Ideal Protein plan
Click the link to request access.
Access is NOT automated so be patient. You only need to request access to this challenge once.

I'll send you an email asking for your 3fc screen name. After you reply to that email with the requested information, you will be granted access and notified by email (not right away...I have to do it manually from my laptop, it doesn't work from my mobile devices. Please only send ONE request. Sending multiple requests only fills up my email box. It doesn't get you approved faster).

No one will see your email address except for me. I keep track of everyone on the list so when data disturbances happen, I know who to talk to or delete. During the last challenge, someone kept changing/reformatting things & didn't respond to my requests to stop so I deleted them from the challenge. Last year, these challenges were "open" but trolls messed up the sheets too often so we had to "close" them & issue invitations <so sad people have nothing better to do in life>

When granted access, put your 3fcscreen name on the next available row. (just click the first blank box in column A. It'll be down past row 80)
Then tab over to complete columns B, C, D.
Please don't add data to columns E,F,G. They auto-calculate as you add info.
Please don't sort or otherwise re-format the challenge. Data has gotten all mixed up/lost when that happens.

Only type in the white spaces. Any columns that are highlighted with color will auto calculate. If your auto calculate doesn't work, just leave it be. I'll fix it. If you try to fill in missing numbers, I won't know the auto calculate isn't working.

Current weight goes in the "starting weight" column. Use this week's WI.
First WI will be Sunday Sept 7. That will include all WIs from Mon 9/1 until then.
If you joined late, just enter zeros in the WI columns that you missed.

ETA: Please only request access if you actually plan on participating. As of 9/4 at 8 am, 20 people have requested access but never replied with their 3fc screen name. Additionally, 85 people have been granted access but only 68 people are actively participating. No lurking on this challenge!

Me too - except I keep lowering the number so who knows when I'll be done?

I've started this same thing. I am like "I'd be comfortable at 135" then I think I will be comfortable there but maybe I should give myself more wiggle room since losing weight on this diet is so easy. I'm short in stature and very muscular. I may move mine down 10 more lbs to 125.

Same! Gotta see how I feel, but I might push it another 5 or 10 pounds.

I have been looking forward to this -- I am going to weigh in after work today, and I am ready to get moving more and regularly. This will be a good incentive leading up to the holiday season. I have a vacation time in October - this will be a good thing to help me keep me on track then too.
