Another vegan here! And I broke free from my negative addictions. One good choice I made today was eating the portion of roasted vegetables and beans I had put aside from yesterday's dinner.
I used to eat an entire can of beans at one sitting, loaded with vegan cheese, tomatoe sauce and two tofurkey sausages cut up in them. I rid my life of fake food, like vegan cheeses and vegan fake meat. and now I watch and adhere to portion control.

Hi everyone! I'm back to 3FC this week after a ~15 lbs. regain. Most pathetic "good choice" ever, but I did not start off my day today with a diet soda - I drank water instead.

Yeah, what Snarky said! Water is a GREAT choice! Also, a life of never backsliding just doesn't happen! Much better to have coping strategies in place and get back on the wagon (that's us, we're your wagon! ) ASAP!
Choice of the day: I'm here, I'm determined to post regularly in July!
I had a crap day where I just felt off. A little dizzy, tired.... I ended up eating a bunch of chips in the afternoon. My good choice was to get back on plan after that and not buy any junk in the grocery store for me that was not on my plan despite the fact that I was buying some at the request of my husband.

Where are all the good decisions, people? Come inspire us all with your good decisions!
Today's good decision for me: I got my run out of the way first thing to avoid any chance of putting it off as the Saturday lazies begin to build.
I've been off the wagon folks.... Trying to get one completely on plan day under my belt but no dice so far....however, I did get a little workout today loading boxes into our truck then into a new storage unit (a holding bin, if you will, a mile from the new house) and I did not eat the bun on my lunch burger...good choices.
Smelling all of the amazing smells from the pizza shop next to where I work, and walking past it for a nice walk home to my own fridge and healthy midday snack. (It was really hard!!)
