Default **Weekly Mini-Goals**

Hi everyone!

I'm starting a thread for us to share our weekly goals. They can be anything, I'd just love to have a place for us to discuss them and keep ourselves motivated to form and keep new habits.

Here's a motivation carrot for all of you!

Good luck and have fun!!

August 11-17 Reduce portion sizes and no snacking

I want to know what are the smallest portions that I can get by with. Also I've been really bad with snacks lately so trying to cut them out completely!

skittlesfirehawk hope you feel better soon! Thanks for the eating out tip, I've actually done that the last two times I was out I'm trying to stay away from restaurants because you just never know what's in there!

This is what I need.

August 11-17-Successfully complete my two fasts for 5:2, keep to my calories allotment of 1700 on regular days and 2000 on intense exercise days.

skittles-Hope you feel better soon!

muguet-Good luck with the portions. Its important to retrain your stomach and head into realizing what it actually needs so seems like a very good goal you have to me

Today is a fasting day and its going well except that I also started TTOM today and have horrible cramps and a headache Taking a nap soon.

Hi Dottington, glad you can join us!!

Fast days sound tricky, I hope your headache passed. Thanks for the good wishes, I had a successful food day today and I'm off to brush my teeth with hopes that I won't get hungry again!

Muguet-Glad you had a great food day! Brushing my teeth always helps me feel "done" eating wise.

Fast day went really well. Aside from all the stupid TTOM fatigue, headache, cramps ect Managed to go practice for a bit and have a bit of energy right now so thinking of doing the stationary bike for a short time before doing my planned beauty night.

I planned all my food for tomorrow and made up my lunch so tomorrow should be another success!

I totally understand, it's always a challenge when mother nature comes around...I know I always have to have some kind of caffeine. It's not the best solution but it gets me through the AM, at the very least!

Muguet-I live for caffeine lol

Today is starting off really good. Went for a hike, taught a lesson, just ate my breakfast, now practicing. Aiming for 15 hours of practice this week so really need to push myself! I have all my food planned and logged for the day

muguet-how are your goals going?

Yesterday was on point with calories and today I'm fasting. So far a really easy fasting day and I'm not even hungry Made a big pot of fasting soup to eat later.
I'm cleaning the kitchen right now then need to go practice. Must get 4 hours in today, tomorrow, and Friday to make my weekly goal of 15 hours!

Thanks for asking! I had a mini binge episode two days ago (it's my TOM...) and went back to sensible portions the next day. I'm doing a lot better with not snacking but portion sizes are still difficult.
I'm trying to be positive and not focus on perfection. It's really a learning process.

Good luck to you all, the week is almost over!!
