Hi, love this topic I am going to keep my eyes peeled for everyone else's choices but these are mine:
Boom Chicka Pop popcorn in White Cheddar (I believe a serving size is 2 1/2 cups at only 150 calories)
Vitamuffins any flavor, but my favorites are carrot cake & deep chocolate 100 calories each
Trader Joe's or Annie Chun's roasted seaweed (the whole package is only 60 calories, nice filler for chips & is very good for you)
Trader Joe's Milk Chocolate 100 calorie bars, these are great for a chocolate fix as I think they are regular chocolate just portion controlled.

Nonni's biscotti. I like the chocolate one for 110 but there are several flavors.

I love light and fit Greek yogurt. For 80 calories it really fills me up and its tasty. My husband and I also love making our own popcorn in a paper lunch bag. We just put in a couple tablespoons of popcorn kernels in a paper bag, fold it over twice, and pop it in the microwave for about 2:30. We put parmesan cheese and sea salt on it, or coconut oil. If we need a really tasty treat we top it with a mix of butter, brown sugar, and marshmallows. We are just very careful to measure how much of everything for accurate calorie counts. We also love fruttare mango popsicles and healthy choice vanilla bean frozen Greek yogurt. I also make homemade protein bars out of whey protein powder, oats, ground almonds, cranberries, coconut, and white chocolate; or a chocolate almond butter version with dark chocolate. Yum. I'm excited to see more ideas! Its always good to mix up our food, I get bored easily.

Rice cakes! I like to put peanut butter or raspberry fruit spread on those suckers.

Just adding a renewed fondness for Laughing Cow Cheese wedges, especially on crackers, you can technically have a less than 100 calorie snack w/1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge (35 calories) + 4 Trader Joe's Flaxseed Water Crackers (1 serving and it's 60 calories). Plus you'll get some Omega 3 from the crackers.

I don't eat it often, but a little bit of frozen yogurt with frozen grapes and berries is really good.

Good topic..and timely as i'm going to the grocery soon and I need ideas.

Grapes...cantaloupe....apple slices in a bag with a tiny sprinkle of brown sugar, cinnamon, & nutmeg (yum tastes like apple pie!).... watermelon.....oooooo which thread is this? Hope it's not the atkins forum! Typing on the cell so it's difficult to check.

I used to eat pistachios, but I got sick of them (id dispense 1/4 C into boxesl), 1/4 pita w/ 1T hummus (quit eating bread & pasta).

...keep posting!......need more ideas.

OMG second this! I just discovered these a few months ago, along with Special K Cracker Chips...30 of them is 110 calories and I usually have 2 cheese wedges with 10 crackers. That's just a little over 100 cals for the whole thing. Hard to beat for me..

As far as sweet treats, I've fallen in love with these Kupiec brand Dark Chocolate Rice cakes. They are delicious for only 70 calories. Nestle push pops are only about 80 calories each and they are reallly good. I also second the Skinny Cow candies/ice cream.

Unfortunately, I don't really have any 'go-to' options for low cal sweets...when I want something, I want something specific, so to just go for something I keep on hand wouldn't really satisfy my sweet tooth. It's rough!

I have so many favorite snacks. The top 5 right now are probably:

Cheese Nips 140 calories per 29 crackers (30 g.)
Lance's Cheddar Popcorn - 130 calories per 2 cups (21 g.)
Outshine Coconut Waters/ Pinapple Popsicle - 60 calories per 1 popsicle
Fudge Pops - 40 calories per 1 popsicle
Banana Pops - 40 calories per 1 popsicle

I just tried something really delicious - they are called Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt bars. Basically, they're imitation ice cream bars. But they taste amazing, not 'healthy' or 'low cal' at all. And they're only 100 calories! Oh, and also not skimpy on the size. It was about $3.50 for a box of 4 where I'm at, so that's a little less than $1 per bar. Apparently they have a bunch of flavors, but I tried the sea salt and caramel.
