Hi!! I did this in May and June, hardly missing any days. By July I had missed so many days that I realized a daily weighing thread is probably not for me. Though supposedly daily weighing does keep you more accountable so maybe I will try again in September.

The great thing about these daily weigh-in threads is that it really illustrates how much featherweights struggle to lose any weight. One month I looked through the thread and most people had lost nothing or maybe a pound or two in a MONTH (myself included in June - -0.2 pounds!) or even gained.

I haven't been posting because I had my wisdom teeth out and went on vacation and yada yada. I'll start with this week when I came back from vacation.

Krampus- great weigh in. It's hard to go on vacation and not gain back weight. This summer vacation I gained 6lbs over 2 months.

We certainly all have to find what works for us.

I didn't participate in these threads until several months after I got here because it wasn't something that I found helpful at the time. Then I tried it again and it's been helpful, but I'm sure I'll stop again at some point. Whatever works!

Wisdom teeth extraction, ouch. Hope the pain and swelling weren't too bad and it didn't get in the way of enjoying your vacation.
