I picked up a package of Trident brand Tilapia Burgers at Costco recently. There are 10 4-oz burgers in a package and I think it cost around 10$, maybe 13$... Anyways, they are so good. The whole family loves them. You can throw them on the grill from frozen and cook for 5 minutes each side. They have 140 calories, 5g fat, 1g carb, 22g protein. Gluten free and 100% tilapia. I eat mine with a sandwich thin bun and add tomato, red onion and spinach and some cheese for under 300 calories.
