Hey Gang,
I'm checking out your daily food log to see what "real people" eat on Atkins. Just looking for ideas and giving this all a lot of thought, but I was wondering....
1. What is "Equator Trek"?
2. Star, what kind of pizza are you having that only has 4 carbs? is it something you are making yourself or a product you are buying?
3. Are you each basically just trying to keep it 20 carbs or less per day?
thanks,
Cathy
