W1D1 here...just completed my first "run" for a looooong time!

I'm horribly unfit at the moment so I found it quite hard, but just when I was thinking maybe I should finish early and make this a pre-W1 week, my app told me it was time for the cool-down

Looking forward to D2 and to gradually getting back to being fit!
Re-started: 10/05/15, started Atkins 25/05/15 Mini-goals: 1. 199lb/90kg (Onederland) DONE! 27/06 2. 190lb/86.2kg (not obese, lose over 10% of start weight) 3. 178lb/81kg (below my lowest adult weight, where I looked and felt great). Think about what I'm eating without obsessing, exercise to feel good and strong
