W1D1 here...just completed my first "run" for a looooong time!

I'm horribly unfit at the moment so I found it quite hard, but just when I was thinking maybe I should finish early and make this a pre-W1 week, my app told me it was time for the cool-down

Looking forward to D2 and to gradually getting back to being fit!
Re-started: 26/07/14 Mini-goals: 1. 199lb/90kg (Onederland) 2. 190lb/86.2kg (not obese) 3. 186lb (lose 10% of start weight) 3. 179lb/81.5kg (lowest adult weight). Think about what I'm eating without obsessing, exercise to feel good and strong
