I just bought a digital food scale at Walmart. It was less than $20 and I love it! It makes figuring out dinner a LOT easier than the eyeball method!

This is the one I bought: http://www.walmart.com/ip/35854316?w...703912&veh=sem

As far as scales go to weigh myself, I have had the same digital scale at my house for years. I use that one. On the day of my first weigh in, I weighed myself right before I left the house to go to my weigh in. I wrote the weight down and then compared it with what my coaches scale said. My scale showed that I was 4 pounds lighter than what my coaches scale showed so anytime I weigh myself at home, I add 4 pounds. However, I try not to weigh myself too too often. It can be a big mental pysch out. I weigh myself in the middle of the week and then the day of my weigh in...just so I know what to expect.

Well I made it through the work day (my coworkers made it through unscathed too, which may be the bigger miracle). Thanks Lisa and catlady for the encouragement. Work from home for a half day tomorrow and then off to the beach again with girlfriends! One of them is also on IP so should be a mostly pressure free weekend in regard to food. I can already feel the tension leaving my body...

I just made a stir fry for dinner. I used ground turkey, cabbage mushroom and topped it with a little green onion and light soy sauce. I am worried I will be up tomorrow because it was so salty to me. Hope not!!!

I have a digital scale to weigh myself and I can get off of it and right back on and sometimes see a 2 pound difference I mean literally step off and back on! So I don't put a lot of stock in that number, I just use it as kind of a gauge on what is happening with the weight.

Ok.. that's it... I have to get back on track completely! I am sick of hovering at this 190 area and justifying that I've lost almost 60lbs and deserve a break... I have lost control the last two days and I don't even want to step on the scale... first it was just drinking... today I ate KFC yesterday I ate out twice and didn't even try to stay OP... I want to keep the weight off and I want to lose more. Tomorrow I'm going to start over... a reboot so to speak. Maybe it's the alternatives but I have to get back on plan. I have lost sight of my birthday goal which is now 2 months away officially today and I doubt I'll be losing that 30lbs I need to lose before then. So... no more messing around tomorrow is official, 100% OP and phasing off properly. I don't want to be fat again... and with the way things are going I'm going up and down and up and down, it's a yo yo effect. Not healthy. Expect to see more of me for the same great support I got the last 4 months.
