Two days OP and the weight is back to ticker. Credit for strengthening my resistance muscle several times as my body craved to be free of restriction. Credit for consciously thinking about changing my definition of full. I have a camping trip this weekend - the last of the season. Typically it is tougher to stay OP. I reread my advantage card - I will feel loved and nourished when I am OP. I don't want to have to move my ticker up come Aug. 1 so I will log in all my food in MFP and slow down decision making. Especially important is sitting down to eat anything!
