Sunday, July 13th:
First workout of NROLW Stage 4, once again serving a sentence of weighted stepups ... and oh Lord, the 120-second plank.
Managed 15 minutes on the StairMaster afterward, and that's all she wrote. This leg-heavy workout didn't leave me with me much energy for cardio.
