I'm 318.6 as of this morning.
Edit: Just finished my workout for the day (same 3 mile power walk with weights and yoga) and I wanted to share. Today I sweat A LOT. Like, I've never had sweat pouring down my face/neck/chest. Like it always happens, but it's never POURING. I don't know if I was just more in the zone today or what, but I did a silent cheer when I felt it.
It made me stay focused throughout the rest/end of my workout.
