My first goal was to lose 30 pounds, which is what I had gained throughout my third pregnancy. I'd been hovering at 29 pounds lost for a couple of weeks, but I hopped on the scale to weigh in today and am down 2 more pounds! My daughter is 8 weeks old today, and the baby weight is gone!
I've still got a long way to go, but hitting my first goal was a huge accomplishment for me. I'm so excited!
How is everyone else doing?????? Staying on plan, I hope!
