Hi Coaches,

I'm practicing 'getting back on track' today after some overeating yesterday. Sweets overcame my efforts. It takes a day like that to remind me how much I don't want to feel that defeated way. I only gave myself a 51% for Saturday. Ouch!

Today I'm all fired up to do better. It is a warm one and lots of bugs have started appearing outside to join me in gardening. I sprayed bug spray on this morning and did my chores anyway.
