Practiced Day Five Eating Slowly. Huge awakenings with my continuing attempt to eat sitting down 100%. Old fashioned candy sticks at the museum didn't even register as food. I realized how much I put into my mouth while cooking -- again. I had eradicated that behavior at one time. Also, I seem to only want more if I can stand and eat it. Who new?
Thxs for the support with DH. The conflict served as an excellent opportunity for a long talk about love and loyalty - both of which DH possess in large amounts. It is just communication and old "tapes" that get in the way.
I don't have a scale up here. I will be interested in seeing if focusing on behavior instead of food proves disastrous on Tuesday.
