I stayed the same this wk. I know I haven't walked as much. Food has been great. I am just going to keep at it. I will weigh next wk but it may be off. Just shooting for a true woosh the next wk.

I am doing colon prep today. No fun!! Hoping to get answers on what's up with my stomach.
Knowing I can't eat us hard. I never eat a lot during the day but just knowing you can't is no fun.
Babysitting today but sending the kids home a bit early.
Wish I had weighed to see just how much I lose. Lol to bad it comes back quickly.

Colonospcy went fine, the upper scope showed Barrett's esphegus. So now losing weight has to happen.
Acid reflux is really bad!!

Last Thursday I showed a 4.6 lb. gain when I went to WW. NOT Good.
Today I had a 2.8 lb loss on a not perfect but a heck of a lot better week! Taking it day by day and trying to keep my head on straight.

Deb, I know you are glad that test is over with. Reflux is the pits. Be very careful with foods, especially in the evening.

OK ladies. It's time to come out of your hidie holes and check in. We're missing quite a few friends here.

Well my lumpectomy has been moved to Monday. Dr is going to be gone when it was scheduled. I will be glad to have it over.
Food today was very lite. I cooked fresh squash and had to force myself to stop.

I didn't have any coffee today. Dr suggested stopping anything that causes heartburn. Coffee always bothers me. I feel pretty good considering I didn't think I could function without it

I did pizza for dinner last night and got a bit carried away. Good thing I have lots of extra points.

Judy glad you had extra points to use.
We had Mexican and I skipped chips and salsa. I had a beef burrito and a few bites of refried beans. My stomach hasn't bothered me.

Breast biopsy went well!! He still believes it's ok.
