So I thought I'd give an update! I've lost 13.7 pounds in three weeks. I'm really happy about that!
I am cooking all sorts of yummy foods and even having a dessert every night!
This past week I dropped 2 pounds exactly... & I am proud to say I'm actually happy with that. I've struggled with wanting to lose way too much and way too quickly... I realize now that slow and steady is the way to go. I've fallen on my face a few times because I wanted to see quick results... I wasn't happy when I didn't... I'm working really hard to change my mindset. I realize that every single pound is an accomplishment.
Another piece of good news is I logged back into my body media fit account... I was terrified to see how much I had gained, I was avoiding it. I haven't been on there since the beginning of April and I forgot what I had weighed back then... I just assumed I gained more. Boy was I wrong and pleasantly surprised! Since March I'm actually down 25.4 pounds! Incredible news considering I thought I gained.
