I was 300.6lbs when I started this challenge. Today's weigh in has me at 245.4lbs. I have lost 55.2lbs during this challenge.

That is fantastic!!!! YAY FOR YOU!!!! I literally just got chills!!! It really makes me feel good to see others doing so well, I know this is the right diet for me... I'm thinking about starting to hang around the maintenance threads a little even though I have 40lbs to go I know it will happen fast and maintenance is scary.

When I started IP, I had maintenance in my sites from the get-go. Mostly because of a previous significant weight loss and regain. After losing my first 50 on IP, I started lurking with the maintainers. I didn't post, but rather took the time to read and learn from them. I've learned if I really want to learn from others, sometimes I have to sit back and resist the urge to chime in.

Congrats to all who found success on the challenge! You all rock!

Lost just over 30lbs for this challenge, not too shabby for the set backs lol thanks for putting it together Lisa and I think I will be hanging around in the maintainers threads a little
